How forwarding differs from transport
Transport is the physical carriage. Forwarding is organising the whole process — choosing the vehicle and route, documentation, customs formalities, communication between parties and supervision of the cargo. A good forwarder means the client need not worry about anything beyond releasing and receiving the goods.
What our forwarding covers
- Route planning — optimising time and cost, knowing the restrictions on each route,
- CMR / T1 documentation — preparing and managing transport and transit documents,
- Driver communication and sender–consignee coordination,
- 24/7 monitoring — we know where the cargo is at every stage.
One contact instead of a chain of intermediaries
Instead of dealing with several companies, the client has a single point of contact. We coordinate the rest. This simplifies cooperation and shortens response time when a decision is needed.
We tell you when something goes wrong
We proactively call about a delay or complication — before the client notices. Honest communication is what separates a forwarder you can trust from an intermediary who vanishes at the first problem.
Experience and languages
We have worked in forwarding since 2004, with a degree in transport and logistics. We serve clients in Polish, English, German and Russian.
