This privacy policy describes how personal data of visitors to the website www.axisgl.pl and of people contacting Axis Good Logistics Sp. z o.o. is processed. The document has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

We process data you provide voluntarily as well as data collected automatically when you use the website.
Data provided via the contact form or correspondence
- name,
- company name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number (if provided),
- content of your enquiry (cargo description, route, any other information you provide).
Data collected automatically
- statistical data on website usage (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation),
- technical browser information necessary to display the website.

4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with entities supporting our operations, only to the extent necessary:
- provider of the IT system for transport order management and invoicing (TMS — PasCom),
- accounting office / accounting services provider,
- website hosting provider (seohost.pl),
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — contact form provider (delivery of messages from the form to our mailbox),
- Google Ireland Ltd. — for Google Analytics 4 statistics (with IP anonymisation),
- transport subcontractors and customs agencies — only as necessary to perform a specific order,
- authorised public authorities, where required by law.
5. Transfer of data outside the EEA
We use providers based outside the European Economic Area (including Google Analytics 4 and Formspree). As a result, data may also be processed outside the EEA, in particular in the United States. The basis for such transfers is the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. For Google Analytics, IP addresses are anonymised. For Formspree, form data is processed solely to deliver the message to our mailbox and is not used for any other purpose.
6. Data retention period
- data from enquiries that did not lead to cooperation — up to 12 months from the last contact,
- data related to order performance and accounting documentation — for the period required by law (including 5 years for accounting documents),
- statistical data — in line with Google Analytics settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

8. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies necessary for its proper operation and Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis. The user's IP address is anonymised, and the data is used solely for statistical purposes and to improve the website. You can manage cookies in your browser settings — including blocking or deleting them.
9. Voluntary nature of providing data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to an enquiry, prepare a quote or perform an order. Failure to provide data may make contact or service provision impossible.
