What the verification involves
Export to countries subject to EU sanctions — in particular Russia and Belarus — is subject to extensive EU restrictions. The list of banned goods is long and regularly updated. We help establish whether a specific cargo may legally leave the EU towards these countries.
What we check
- CN codes of the goods — whether they fall on restricted lists,
- Dual-use goods — which require particular attention,
- Consignee status — whether the entity appears on sanctions lists,
- compliance with the current wording of EU Regulation 833/2014 and subsequent packages.
Before quoting, no obligation
We run the check before preparing a transport quote. If it turns out the export does not comply with sanctions — we say so plainly. We'd rather lose the order than expose the client (and ourselves) to consequences.
Important disclaimer
Our analysis is supportive and informational. We help the client assess risk, but the final interpretation always rests with customs authorities. We do not help circumvent sanctions — we help establish what is lawful.
Destinations we serve lawfully
Regardless of the restrictions on RU/BY, we regularly and freely carry East to Ukraine and Kazakhstan — with full customs handling, T1 and coordination at the borders.
