Export clearance at multiple points in Europe
We are not limited to Polish offices. We arrange export clearance in several EU countries, wherever the cargo leaves the Union or wherever it is most convenient for the client:

Scope of customs services
Export
Preparation of export declarations, document collation, confirmation of goods leaving the EU. Support with proofs of origin and goods classification (CN/HS codes).
Import
Handling of import declarations, settlement of duties and taxes, contact with the office. Advisory on simplified procedures.
T1 transit and customs warehouse
Opening and closing of T1 transit procedures, operation of a customs warehouse and bonded store, coordination for carriage to non-EU countries (Norway, Switzerland, the East).
Cooperation with a customs agent
Clearances are carried out under a signed agreement with a customs agent. This means full, formal authority to represent the client before customs authorities — not improvisation.
Customs as part of transport
The greatest value appears when one party runs both transport and clearance. There is no shifting of responsibility between forwarder and customs agency — we coordinate everything, and the client has a single point of contact.
